A Message from the Dean

Dear Students:

We live in a time of unprecedented access to information, a time when historic photos from around the world are immediately available to us. It is a time when the Bible is still the most widely read and distributed book on earth. It is a time when gospel programs are beamed into homes from far-off corners of the globe; yet, this is not enough. We desperately need leaders who can recognize the signs of the time, the heartbeat, and purposes of Almighty God in the earth today.

As dean of The Leaders’ Institute (T.L.I.) Bible college, it is my privilege to welcome you to a place that is intentionally laboring to such leaders. Because we, together, will pursue the heart, will and mind of Christ. We are sold out to hearing from the Father and doing His will as we strategize for His success in the earth. We are not just another Bible college.

You have become a part of one piece of a big “God Plan”, not focused on church affiliation or denominational ties. Our eyes are concentrated on the Kingdom of God, and we are strategic and intentionally making our target the advancement of His Kingdom in all the earth.

At this critical juncture in God’s timetable for His Church, I am honored because my life’s work is to serve you. I welcome again: you, the new Paul and Barnabas, Judge Deborah, the new Prophet Elijah, the faithful wife and today’s everyday servant, all doing great exploits for the Lord. Of course, it all leads to King Jesus, with Whom we shall one day reign.

Not only do we have an awesome Spirit-led team of instructors, a Hebraic-based curriculum, and Spirit-encounter mindset at the institute. Character development is God’s first order of business so we ask God to show us what He wants to do in us so we can minister accurately for Him.

I am at your service. I look forward to our times of study together to excavate and discover God’s plan for your life, and then to move with direction and purpose to fulfill that calling. Remember, God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly beyond what we can ask or think according to the power that dwells in us-Ephesians 3:20. Let’s become even more righteous, purified, and anointed vessels through whom His Spirit can manifest for His people and His glory.

Pat Chambers

Dean
